K-12

BMI is one of the first to build a double
changer all pull keyless system in the world. This
innovative idea by BMI was developed 30 years ago. BMI's
tiny 12 String keyless is one of the lightest full range pedal
steel guitars weighing in at a 29 lbs. outside the case.
What makes the double changer system great? more pulls,
less pedal tension. Sounds to good to be true, give one
of them a try in our booth at St. Louis and see the
difference!
Ok, special note concerning the pedal steel guitar in the
picture above, "Yes" that is a "Sierra" fretboard. We
built this special little fella for a BMI family member who
wanted a 25" scale 12 string universal. Most of our
models are 24 1/4 scale so for this special occasion we
contacted our friends at Sierra for assistance with a 25" scale
fretboard.
Gonna haul, go light, with our light weight 12 String
keyless.
* We also make Custom 10 String Keyless Upon Request

D-12

This baby was built for Mike Miller. 54
Pulls, cuts like a knife. Birdseye Maple finish.
This is one example of the custom D-12's we build.
This goes to the edge with 9 Floors and 10 knees.
With BMI you keep the traditional support with the new AA
technology support offered by BMI. We have been
using AirCraft Aluminum in conjuction with wood in our
guitars for over 30 years giving you the sound of wood
with the support of metal.
SD-12

This SD-12 was built for one of our BMI family
members incorporating the past to the present. This SD-12
is using the new modified all-pull changer with Zane Beck's
Tuning.
